Objectives of MoU:
In order to make possible the academic and research cooperation between the two Institutions, the scope and objectives of MoU are defined as:
‘Both the parties agree for mutual exploration of the academic and research cooperation between MIT Art Design and Technology University, School of Architecture, Pune, India, and BMS College of Architecture, Bull temple Road, Bangalore, India.’
Aim of MoU:
To have collaborative programs in all the areas of mutual interest. The collaboration could be in the areas of students and faculty centric academic activities, joint research, and consultancy projects with a sharing model, utilization of research labs etc.

Scope of MoU:
- Joint research projects
- Joint research proposals (to be submitted to various funding agencies at National and International level)
- Joint publications
- Joint faculty and staff development programs (FDPs)
- Joint consultancy projects / assignments (Industry and R&D Organizations)
- Design Projects and Internships
- Participation in extra-curricular, co-curricular activities, competitions, conferences, paper presentations etc. organized by either of the Institutions
- Collaborative efforts for establishment of Centers of Excellence, laboratories, research centers etc.
- Collaborative research programs of mutual interest.
- Faculty and student exchange programs as decided suitable & feasible on case-to-case basis
- Design and execution of Special programs for students at both Campuses
- Visit of students / faculty to either of the Institutions
- Collaborative effort with each other on Training & Placement activities
- Promotion of the Postgraduate & Ph. D programs of BMS College of Architecture, Bull temple Road, Bangalore, India among alumni of the MIT Art Design and Technology University, School of Architecture, Pune
- Promotion of Postgraduate and Ph.D. programs of School of Architecture, MIT ADT University, Pune among alumni of the BMS College of Architecture, Bull temple Road, Bangalore.

‘Documentation and rejuvenation of Crematoriums & Burial grounds’ in & around the city of Bangalore for Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, BBMP.
Aim & Objectives:
To document, map and analyze the crematoriums and burial grounds towards perceiving the urban scenario and assessment of issues towards deriving relevant proposals for upgradation.
Scope:
Involved students of BMSCA 6th semester in site visit, inspection, study, creation of existing & proposal drawings.
